“Low-fat foods” may sound enticing but when foods are made to be low in fat, they also lose flavor and more sugar is added to them. If your food lacks taste, you may end up eating more to feel satisfied.

When you are trying to lose weight, it isn’t only food that you have to think about. You shouldn’t drink artificially sweetened drinks such as diet sodas or drinks that have no calories.
