First of all, it is advised to take protein and fiber diet in breakfast .Although it can be taken anytime but for best results, you should take it in the morning. Don’t take heavy meals instead you can take smaller portion of meal after every two hours. You can plan for more of liquid diet like juices and soups as compared to solid ones. When soup is taken before meal, there is almost 20% decrease of energy intake in the meal. Avoid eating high calorie food; a small decrease in calorie intake will result in small loss in weight. Eating more of dairy products will be beneficial for you, giving instant energy and reducing the level of fat from meal. Introduce more of fruits and leafy vegetables in your meal to decrease your hunger. Caffeine and black coffee increases energy expenditure and subsequently gives weight loss. Green Tea decreases blood glucose level and again, increases energy expenditure. Green Tea is very helpful in preventing chronic diseases like obesity.
